Ongoing Personal series of my “On the Road- Road Trip” series created with Canon Mark 4 and a specialized 50 mm Lensbaby. Creating in camera focal effects of interesting subjects that catch my eye during my time on the road for assignments and personal adventures. Texture, Lighting, and Color are a few of the qualifications I look for on this creativity boosting personal series. I have always loved the selected focus capabilities (in camera, not Photoshop filters) of view cameras back in the old film days and being able to recreate it with my full frame digital camera is an exciting twist to photography without a ton of retouching! Route 66 Instagram Here are a few pictures I took for my Instagram account while I was photographing Route 66 during winter of 2015/2016. This was a great project because I was the client creating stock photography, rejuvenating the creative spirit and make a little cash. No timeline and No Deadlines for completion of this ongoing series to capture the fading landscape of Route 66.

As one tropical passes through the Atlantic another one is right behind it and last weekend I decided to try shooting at 10,000 iso.  The new Canon 5D Mark 4 has just been released to the public and I was lucky or unluckily was able to own one.

October 6th a Thursday afternoon hours before Ft Lauderdale - Miami area was suppose to feel the effects of the category 4 Hurricane Matthew, I receive a call from my New York Photo Agent Verbatim.  CNN wanted me to cover the Hurricane Matthew from South Beach, Florida and I needed to book a room and get down there ASAP.

Experimental Road Trip Photo Series Continued

Here are a few selects from my multiday tourism shoot and a little background of this fun and interesting shoot with great behind the scene adventures. The client wanted to add my style of motion and color to their new campaign to promote Destin Florida and the Emerald Coast. This 3-day shoot we shoot on land and sea from sailboats to an inner tube surrounded by jellyfish… Luckily (amazing) I didn’t get stung on my legs floating in the water or lost in the fog.

I am creating a different mood and story that the viewer can imagine and wonder about being at sea and traveling the world. This ongoing project of photographing ships in the ocean when I’m “out’n Bout” in the Atlantic Ocean . Mother Nature creates a new background with different sunlight, clouds and the sea creating different moods and colors unique to that moment in time. When a man made vessel is included it changes the geometry and texture of the landscape, telling a different story.

Zurich Celebrity Annina Frey in South Beach, FL on holiday for her birthday celebration and DJ bookings.  This Magazine and Social Media shoot was awarded to myself and my agents at Getty Assignments in the UK.  This was a fun shoot where Annina had some fun playing with her birthday cake for the magazine and social media blast. This assignment was for a Zurich magazine shooting James Patterson author in his Palm Beach home. He was a great subject to work with very pleasant and accommodating for the 60 min we had with him.

Creating Motion & Still imagery for a New Orleans Ad Agency shooting in Mississippi & Miami to create a library of footage and stills. We shot still and motion imagery using multiply sets of lights to seamless shoot both formats. This production took place in Miami,FL and Bay St Louis, MS utilizing talent in booth location.

On Location in Florida shooting 12x15 foot displays for a Detroit Ad Agency.

This ongoing series to preserve in photographs the rich history of Americana and nostalgia of a time and communities that are diminishing with time. Color, texture and history is focus for this series. Traveling on assignments and self-assignments, I am able to preserve these locations for future generations to enjoy. Using multiply techniques including multiply exposures and old camera lens adapted to my Canon 5D Mark III to capture the mood that describes each image to me. This project was for "I LOVE NY" Tourism. For five weeks my crew traveled the state of New York photographing the states treasures. We utilized 4x4 quads to get to some remote locations, chase boats to capture the freedom sailing in the open water. Lets not forget all the waterproof equipment used while shooting at Niagara Falls. I would recommend visiting New York...it's much more than NYC.

I was assigned to photographer stills during the filming of the show, before and after images of the house and live action of the winners of ICE My House contest. This was a 3 month project.

To create a series of images with the concept of the foot in the air and standing proud. This campaign will be out shortly and I can provide more information then. This was shot at a rental house in NYC

Cameron is a professional model who wanted some new edgy shots for his portfolio. Down here in Miami there is so much talent who hire the same photographers all all the imagery looks the same. This is why cameron mom hired me to create a new look that stands out from the "Stocky" photography. We had a good time shooting for the hour in the studio and he has already booked to national jobs from his new comp that features my imagery.

On this shoot we were creating a Library of Motion and Still images for the upscale community in Florida. All with in a few minutes you have access to Dining, golf and the Intercostal waterway. We shot in three different locations in one day planning each shot according top the direction of the light. Since we had to change locations we had extra crew to have quick turn around times at each location.

To create Point of Purchase for Burger King for window display, Drive-Thru, and menu board photography.

Working with my food stylist we created these still and motion imagery of high food. We wanted to combine taste and texture to create the final products. We shot booth stills and live action footage.

We shot Motion and Still images to showcase each Sin-Wich and created each sandwich with ingredients we thought represented the Deadly Sins.  We wanted to go over the top for the imagery we were creating and you will notice that with from the toppers we used, bottles of champagne or Fiery Fuel.  Lust, Wrath, Vanity, Sloth, Gluttony, Envy and Greed gave us the freedom to choose wild and unique ingredients.  As an example when we completed Sloth out it weighed 24 Pounds!
