Here are a few pictures I took for my Instagram account while I was photographing Route 66 during winter of 2015/2016. This was a great project because I was the client creating stock photography, rejuvenating the creative spirit and make a little cash. No timeline and No Deadlines for completion of this ongoing series to capture the fading landscape of Route 66.
Americana is being lost to online video games and the future will only know if Pokémon is there or not. There is much rich history that is fading away and I want to try to capture what’s left of it to preserve it in time.
